Memebox Global 15: Unboxing and Review

Just to break up the Princess Train I have a quick unboxing and review of Global 15. I say quick as a few of the products I knew from spoilers I would not be using so I am going to pass them onto some girls in the Memebox UK Facebook group and want to get them posted ASAP, so this is going up first but Rapunzel will be up later tonight!

Link to Global 18 currently available

I grabbed this box in a restock but Global 18 is still available in the Memebox Shop.
For those of you who are not aware, the Global editions are 'random' boxes, unlike the more themed boxes Memebox also comes up with. There have been 14 before and they always contain a mixture of products, some skincare and some make up. I may have mentioned before that Korean make up is not something I am hugely into as I have enough Western products so those are the products I have passed on.
Global 15 Box Contents
Apologies in advance for the photos on this review. It was very overcast when I got home from work and I wanted to get pics done for the review quickly so did what I could!

Okay card pics

So there are 7 products, 6 of which are full size with the Tony Moly being a 20g tube when a full size is 50g. With BB foundation products like this I think sample sizes are probably best as I only get foundations when I have had a sample!

Okay onto the products:

1. Mise en scene Perfect Repair Treatment Pack 180ml $16
My hair is long. My hair is thick. My hair needs help. I'm not showing off with the length, its waist length due to the fact I haven't had it cut in nearly a year and a half. Not cool! Anyway I will always be happy to receive any conditioners in my Memeboxes! This is a big sized tube or orange shampoo and conditioner which I am currently using as a leave in treatment (and will continue to use it that way). It smells pretty nice too. I am hoping this will go well with product 2...

2. Mise en scene Perfect Serum 70ml $9
...seamless link there. This is a hair serum you can use or wet or dry hair, which claims to create glossy and silky hair without making it feel greasy. I think I'll try this on a day I don't have to leave the house just in case it does make my hair greasy, but I have high hopes!

3. Ariul Stress Relieving Purefull Cleansing Foam 75ml $8
Stress relieving is what I need right now! How this cleanser will deliver stress relief I am not entirely sure, maybe it means skin stress rather than emotional stress. Never mind! This works like all foaming cleansers, I love to use them with my Clarisonic so this will join my pile! Its pretty solidly sealed up like most of the products in this box, which is always nice to know it will keep.

4. TonyMoly BDCation All Master SPF30 PA++ 20g
This is a combination product which is a CC cream, a BB cream and a foundation in a one step product. As I have a few BB creams on the go at the moment this is a product I will be passing on to someone else so will not me testing. However a lot of people seem pretty pleased to get this in Global 15!

5. miss.age Snail Anti Wrinkle Serum 50ml $53
So this is the big ticket item in this box at $53 value. I love snail products and I do not have a lot of serums in my stash so I was pleased to get this.  The tagling is 'Forget now. Feel your glory days' I shall Miss Age! I shall embrace the 5500mg of snail mucus and hope it does revive and tighten my skin as promised!

6. Tosowoong Makeon Lip Manicure 30 Seconds 5.5g $12
This was a product with multiple options, from Cynical Plum (what a name!) Rouge Coral, Pure Peach, Sweet Raspberry and Real Red. I got this in Rouge Coral. I would have preferred red, raspberry or plum so I shall be passing this on as I do not suit coral lips! This seems to apply in a nail varnish type way (its says apply as if it was a manicure) and you have to keep your mouth open for 30-60 seconds for it to dry!

7. Shara Shara I Wanna Pencil Gel Liner $8
Sadly Shara Shara I Don't Wanna Pencil. I am sure this is lovely but I don't use pencil liners so this is being passed on. There was a chance of black or brown and I received it in brown!

So overall three products I am not keeping. Not too bad especially as I knew make up wouldn't be my bag and Globals often contain it. Do I love the box? No. I have Global 17,18,19 on order, so will see how those go before I decide whether to order any more, as well as seeing what people get in 16. I love the themed boxes, especially food themed, so may just stick with those!

As always if you want more Memeboxes the link is below! The only currently available Memebox is Global 18. For $5 off use codes L40M or 810QNN!

  1. I liked this box more than most people, but then it did arrive right when I had run out of hair conditioner and serum. The only thing I didn't like was the lip manicure which was far too bright for me. Over all the numbered global boxes are still my favourite. Looking forward to number 16!

  2. Admittedly I was a little disappointed. I'm not sure why as the hair products are lovely, I'm happy with the serum and I have sold the other items to people who like them! I think maybe as value wise it didn't seem as 'amazing' as others have mentioned. I will definitely be looking out for 16 unboxings and will keep my 17-19 bundle and see how those are.
